⁃⁃ Publish your listing ⁃⁃
• You can publish a listing for sale or rent of any type of property (houses, apartments, penthouses, villas, chalets, garages but also offices and stores, commercial spaces and warehouses) directly on the app. You can also create listings for room shares for students or offsite workers.
• Provide the following specifications: type of property, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, floor, lift, terrace, balcony, garden, cellar, energy efficiency and other features. When advertising a rental, better indicate whether the house is furnished or not.
• If you have already published on the website, you can access your profile and edit the listing on the app.

Two things that would improve this app, list the number of bedrooms and the distance from a train station. Sometimes a three room apartment has two bedrooms while a five room apartment has one. Many listings don’t show the exact address, so I’m spending a ton of time looking at listings that appear to be in town, but then turn out to be 5 kilometers outside of town. These two things make it difficult for someone looking to move with a family and use the train system. Fix those and this would be 5 stars.

Where Are The Trains?

As an American shopper I need to purchase a place with a train stop nearby. Please choose a mapprovider that shows trains. For two years you were using a google map app that did show them. Now you are using something from China with no trains! This is cutting down on your sales considerably!
Rooms vs bedrooms

It would make the app so much easier to use if, instead of the number of rooms in the house (which seem to be counted differently by each realtor), if it showed bedrooms. It’s also really helpful to have floor plans with dimensions for each listing. Oh…and if you only have 3 pics…if you can’t be bothered to take more, I can’t be bothered to look.
