Major complaint/missing feature is that you cannot change the app language from either preferences.Otherwise It’s functional …

I’m trying to manage my moms banking from the US ,she put me in as the handler of her finances and I have not been able to pay her bills because the website keeps for F off line as soon as I goTo click the submit button on a bill I need to pay seiously ?Sooo many glitches on this app is unbelievable,I even tried to call the 24 hour hotline and they can’t even help me ,I tried activating her new debit card which I need to pay some of her bills and I’m nowhere with it ….this is seriously the most horrible app and bank to use ……I wish I could change banks for her

I can login to the web site with the OTP i-code but I cannot login to the app because there OTP is sent to a mobile device. I looked at downloading the app to maybe find a better UI than that over complicated web design (find some good UI/UX to redesign your site). Simple tasks take minutes to complete. Tried calling for support and it felt that I was talking to a 3 year old. Incompetence all around. This bank does not want to work with people abroad. Come on…. It is 2024.

Keep asking every few months to change passwords does not remember your transactions or Tranfers unless you want to serve themCustomer services it’s not consistent one rep can find your account next time another rep it tell you you dont exist providing each time the exact same information Time to close the account and try a different bank if I am lucky
