HiGoogle indicated the bank is open until 6 pm today Monday October 9th 2023!Well no one bothered to update Google to show war time hours I am a disabled lady and to arrive to a bank when its doors are closed is really upsetting and time consuming I know Google can be update instantly why Discount bank didn’t bother to update it!There was also no recorded message in the phone customer service of the bank. It’s not fair that the time of customers who pay you commissions and interest is not honouredI paid for taxi back and forth total of 50 NIS Please it would be only fair to reimburse me with this expense Thank you Ms. Yeenon

No English version of the app
Lost Genius
It is very pity that the app is available only in Hebrew. There is no English translation. Even more… if you go to their official website and change language to English the online banking looses half of it’s functionality. It’s Rak ivrit my friend 🙂

A really stupid app and it's designer for not adding English or any other language for real this bank keeps surprising me, I really advise some more language support, because I don't wanna wake up one day realizing I did something I didn't wanna do just because I don't understand the language!
