Gas & Oil works out the gas-to-oil ratio for any 2-stroke engine — chainsaw, trimmer, blower, outboard, dirt bike, generator — and then remembers every machine you own so you never have to work it out twice.
THE CALCULATOR
Pick a ratio, enter how much gas you have, and read the oil. Or go the other way: enter the oil left in the bottle and see how much gas it mixes with. Both directions, always in view.
• Common ratios one tap away — 16:1, 24:1, 25:1, 32:1, 40:1, 50:1, 100:1 — or type any ratio
• US gallons, Imperial gallons or litres for gas
• US ounces, Imperial ounces, millilitres or litres for oil
• Oil figures always round UP. Too little oil can seize an engine; a little extra only fouls a plug

There is no account, no sign-up, and no server. Nothing you enter ever leaves your phone — this app makes no network calls at all. That also means a lost phone is a lost list, so you can export a backup file any time and restore it on a new phone.

Gas & Oil first shipped in 2009 and was sold in 27 countries. This is the same app, rewritten from scratch for modern iPhones.
Always check the figure against your machine's own manual the first time you mix for it.
