Badoo has a lot to offer that other dating apps do not. They offer a Badoo premium trial when you first register, and they give it to you for a few days when you return from a long break. The second benefit really helps get back into the groove of things. You can also use credits to purchase “promotion.” Credits can be earned through watching ads and/or purchasing them with your own money. The price of the credits are fairly cheap as well! Badoo also makes it easy and fun to share your personality with others which means you can learn a lot about someone (as long as they participate in answering things about themselves. I downloaded the app after a while of not using it, and I see that they even added a questions game for ppl to play as they get to know each other. The app is very easy to navigate too! I do wish the app had other features: to “undo” or go back more than one person. Sometimes regret seeps in after more than one swipe. I also wish there was a way to “waitlist” people. I know that sounds harsh—but hear me out. Sometimes I see someone’s profile and can’t decide; they may seem cute, sweet, and/or charming, but they have one minor personality trait that throws me off so I can’t decide if I want to match with them. In this case, it would be nice to have a place to set them aside (bonus would be to give ppl access to who waitlists them, and they can have the opportunity to “plead their case” lol). These suggestions are small and can be survived without, but they would be nice!I recommend Badoo 100%

after my first ex, (who inwas in relationship with 1 week in 2014), i was madly ij love with him for 10.5 years. talked to some guys during those years bc my ex didnt want to be in a relationship. after awhile, i gave up on other guys and settled to be friends with benefits with him. feburary 2nd 2025, i hung out w my ex. my first ex is my twin flame (so life changing stuff, healing, coindendences happened everytime after seeing him). feburary 3rd 2025, i met someone from badoo. it was supposed to be a hookup. second day we hung out, i fell in love with him. never have stopped loving him (except in moments i feel angry). i never thought id love anyone again, at least as much as my first ex. the guy i met from badoo, we have been together then exes then friends w benefits. as of this morning, we are friends w benefits. im okay with that for now because i love him more than my first and third ex. i love this guy from badoo more than anything. i had a chance to be with someone stable. but this guy popped back in my life unexpected the other night. as of today, id rather deal with all the obstacles, secretiveness of our hangouts over a normal relationship. beyond grateful for God sending mento Baddo and Badoo existing so i met him. i love him so much his name is tattooed on me (not even my first ex's name is tattooed on me). Thank you Badoo so i could meet this angel-a gift from God.

Great app, overall. Definitely a growing user-base. What I’ve stated continually when being promoted for reviews is that “it’s still growing on me— if Badoo turns out NOT to cripple functionality in favor of becoming ‘pay-to-play’ then I’ll consider it ideal.” Unfortunately, I’m being met with very inconsistent in-app messaging. “Swipe 50 times for your perfect match” — then, some arbitrary number of swipes later (as little as 3 to as many as 20), I’m told “That’s all your swipes [BUY] Premium!” Um, no thanks. I consistently rated this app high because they afford communication via advertisements & viewing them. Furthermore, the purchase of credits isn’t terribly expensive. I will not, however, commit to a monthly statement over a sub-par dating app. I simply won’t. If anyone at Badoo cares to listen, here it is:You’re making the PRECISE mistake every other app/platform makes— you’re banking on the notion that you can “hook” everyone; when you realize you cannot, you simply disable our ability to use your app. It’s unacceptable. I reside in one of the single largest metropolitan areas of the USA. There are some 9,000,000 residents. I see countless “new members” DAILY. YET, here I am— “out of swipes.” And that’s a wrap, I suppose. Folks, it’s good for precisely 4 weeks— UNLESS you ACTUALLY use it a significant amount. In that case, you’ll likely be shut down even faster. It was nice while it lasted; I had hope. ✌🏼

Resets search filters to make it appear like you have more possible people to match with.

If I set the filters to"no children ever" and "English" it's because I don't want to waste time looking at profiles to make sure we even speak the same language and can actually communicate, and because I don't want to be around someone's kids. I use the filter feature to filter out things that aren't going to work for me.But if the swipe area has been empty for whatever amount of time, it resets your filters. It will also do this while you're in the middle of looking at profiles and swiping when you run out. Then it will pop up a little message about how it just did you a favor and cleared the filters you purposely set so you can see more people.Guess what all the new profiles that suddenly flood in have? The exact things that you purposely filtered out.Why would you clear the language filter, let alone any filter at all? Especially when the toggle is randomly available to not undo the filters, I make sure to click it to not clear my filters. Still does it. But.. really? You're gonna clear the language filter? You realize that if two people don't speak the same language, they won't be chatting? Do you not understand that when people select certain filters out of what your app provides that they do it on purpose? Stop clearing my filters and showing me people who don't speak the language I speak and people with kids. I'd rather have it stay empty until new people join than deal with this nonsense.
