This is a great way to keep up with your blood glucose levels. The graphs and data export functions provide useful tools for keeping up with trends and identifying patterns. The History function is also great for looking at information over time, and My doctor loves it! However, there are a couple of features that would make the app near perfect: the ability to import data from a text or csv file, and tracking of at least one additional injection. For example, I use a testing meter that allows me to download the readings directly to my computer as a csv file. It would make things much easier if I could import the file straight into this app. As for the additional injection tracking, I use both time-release and fast-acting insulin products. It would be extremely useful to track both of those injections in the app.Keep up the great work! I look forward to the next update!

I have been using this Ap since June 2012 to capture information to support 7 injections a day and this review is my second for this product. When I have made suggestions they have been implemented quickly. I have attempted to use 20+ APs over the time period I have used this one. None of these others provided what I most needed; an effective , simple way for me to track my diabetes treatment on a regular basis 7 times a day.Many APs provide more information but none are as easy to use and as effective in developing informationAnd presenting it to the end user. This AP provided simple data collection, excellent reports, the ability to export the data etc. setting up preferences is straight forward and there are some ways to customize reporting. I LOVE THIS APPLICATION and can't imagine how I would have managed without it. There are still things I'd like such as being able to view data over a select time period, a week or month outside of the reports. That said the developers have done an exceptional jobFinally it would be wonderful to be able to easily flip through the charts and table but that approach is still only a wish.What you get is a visually oriented data collection and presentation platform that the end user can easily modify. Developers seem to be truly interested in feed back and open to suggestions.

I have tried several monitoring apps and this one is great! Would give five stars if the iPad version was a little more user friendly. For example, moving between fields when adding a record should save automatically. If you do not hit done, it doesn't save the field. It was a bit frustrating at first. Also, the chart range should auto automatically increment to include the current date. You will not see today's entry unless you go in and change it when in custom. Otherwise, highly recommend this one.

I've tried a few BG monitors and this is the best by far. It loads quickly, inputting is straightforward (a large blue button for creating a new record is obvious and easy to "hit") and the graphics are easy to read and give a quick profile of how sugars are being managed. Records can easily be edited after entering (go in to the History mode, select Table data). Reports can be e-mailed; provides averages and standard deviation. Pie chart and graph provide a more visceral, dramatic impression of your management than reading numbers can. Numbers, text and colors are easy to read. Well written, and designed without being simplistic. Well worth the price. Wish I'd had this when I was first diagnosed 30 years ago; wish I'd found this before spending on the other BF Apps.
