*my last review of this product. Finally get to delete. Company moving to another product. This was always a frustrating product. Always had to run in foreground. Every update had to be a full update. Would frequently crash. Phone calls during an update messes it up. Really poor ergonomics. Needs a new programming team. **Newest update is now slower and harder to use. Program pops up with menus that get in the way on a mobile device. There is a button labeled "dismiss" that should say "save" instead. Poor ergonomics and frustrating to use. Still won't run in the background, so closing the program during downloads crashes the download. Still asks for access to contacts list for no known reason. Poor program with updates that make it worse. ***Nice for billing. Makes it easy to capture charges. Biggest complaint is that it will not run in the background at all. It takes a long time to load patients and if you get interrupted during the synchronization, the whole thing has to start over. I don't know why the app can't allow you to take a phone call or check a text while it uploads. Second complaint is that it wants access to my contacts and reminds me every time I log in that I haven't granted this. Not sure why this app needs my personal list of phone numbers.

I usually don't write reviews but this product is so bad that it deserves special attention. I never got to use any of the features because I never got past the startup screen and patient list. It takes I do not know how long to load the database. My phone gets hot and drains 2 precent every min. I use the online version for billing etc. Suffice to say I will never use it again

Definitely has been a step up for ease of billing. My one caveat is that there is no in-line search mechanism such that as I type in diagnoses it would be faster to start pulling up possible diagnoses with each letter with my most used diagnoses hitting first. As is you have to have the whole word and if you make a spelling error the search fails. Quite frankly that caveat is simply a reminder of how spoiled I am with google searches and is pretty minor. Next update? Still 5 stars.

This is the best smartphone app for Medimobile. I have waited a long time to get to use this app and escape from the windows mobile platform. The app installs quickly, syncs easily and quickly, and of course the platform is stable. Time for bill capture is comparable to that of a full keyboard computer. Interface is clean and intuitive. Landscape option coming soon. Well done !
