User can record all of their ideas just like a real notebook. They can type with the built in keyboard , hardware keyboard or write with their finger if they prefer.
Multiple notebooks allows organizing by subject matter or projects.
Auto date stamping can be enabled on any notebook to turn it into a journal or diary by starting each page with the date and time.
Each notebook can be customized to provide a different look as desired.
Font styles, size and colors can also be customized on a per page basis to make reading and finding material easy.
Pages can be individually named.
Sketching and painting is done with a fully adjustable brush and colors. Drawing can be used to sketch out ideas and to highlight text
Photos can be imported to draw on top of, to make notations or simply for illustration.
The pages can show plain paper, graph paper, spiral notebook or yellow pad motifs. Auto line mode allows any background color while maintaining lining for different fonts and sizes.
All typed or pasted text is searchable to easily find the pages needed. A typed keyword on a sketch allows it to easily be found.
All web addresses, email addresses and phone numbers become hot links when in view mode.
Email pages or the entire notebook as Text, PDFs, Images or Save to the Photo Album. Export to iTunes supported for all formats.

I've bought and deleted several of the Note apps. So far, I like the functionality of this one combined with its layout best. There are some quirks though that need some polish. It is extraordinarily difficult to delete a page or a notebook - most times it doesn't work at all and then suddenly it will let you. Second, on the yellow lined paper, only the sides of the papers are lined. I want the whole sheet lined for both text and drawings. A suggestion would also be a built in web viewer so that I could grab a map, a picture or part of a web page and be able to insert that into my notes. Otherwise, I think this note app is better then the vast majority of the ones out there so far.

I have been using this App for all my notes, saving pictures, drawings and time stamped documents. It so flexible and has great customization features that it is a daily, if not hourly used App. I am so glad it works so well and makes my iPad such a useful tool.

Version 1.3 has been turned over to Apple a few day ago. Fixed bug that could cause the loss of recent typing. Many new features. Pasting of images (including multiple images), naming of pages, ease of deleting pages, export directly to iTunes, etc. See website for full details. If you have a feature request (or bug report) please use the email link in the app or go to the website. Without contact or details there’s nothing I can do. Someone requested vector shapes but there are a thousand ways of doing that. Without a conversation it’s unlikely what I add woudl be what they wanted.

I've been looking for a note taker that would let me import my pictures. This app does that just fine and let's me resize and move them around which is perfect. Now, if they would only get the pictures to stay with their associated text entry, it would be a perfect app in my opinion.I also haven't figured out an easy way to move pages between notebooks. I guess I can cut and paste all the text but there should be some way to just change the name of the notebook to which the page belongs.Keep working on this app. It' s a great start!
