BEAUTIFUL BY DESIGN
Choose from six hand-crafted compass faces — brass, walnut, silver, lapis, marble and ruby — each rendered in fine detail. Pair any of them with twelve backgrounds, from the tawaf at the Kaaba to a moonlit desert, or set a favourite photo of your own from your library. Every combination works together, so you can make it yours.
ACCURATE ANYWHERE
The direction is calculated using the great-circle bearing to the Kaaba — the same method used in navigation — so it stays accurate whether you are a few kilometres from Mecca or on the other side of the planet. The distance is shown in kilometres and miles.
YOUR LOCATION STAYS ON YOUR PHONE
Show Qibla works out the direction entirely on your device. Your coordinates are never uploaded, never stored on a server, and never shared. There is no tracking, no advertising identifier, and no request to follow you across other apps.

Fully translated into English, Arabic, French, Turkish, Urdu, Indonesian, Bengali, Persian, Malay and Hausa, with full right-to-left layout support.
TIPS
• If the needle drifts or sticks, move your phone in a figure-8 to recalibrate the compass. Magnets in cases and car mounts can interfere with it.
• Hold the phone flat, screen up, for the steadiest reading.
Show Qibla has served Muslims around the world for over a decade. This is the app rebuilt from the ground up — same trusted direction, an entirely new look.

Between them, the app shows one of the 99 Names of Allah, a short Qur'anic verse, or a supplication. A different text every time you open it.
Each one appears in Arabic, with its source, and a translation in your language where we have it. More languages are on the way.
Now supported on iPhone 8, 8 Plus and X, and available in Indonesian and Malay.
