This ensures better service quality and protection of your personal information.
· Video and music content in the Daum app are set to autoplay by default.
To disable autoplay on mobile data (LTE, 5G, etc.), go to [More] > [Settings] > [Media Autoplay].
● Please note:
All permissions requested by Daum app are optional, so you can use the service even if you choose not to allow them.
· Location: For location-based search results, weather updates, and displaying location info on websites (e.g., current location on maps).
· Photos: For downloading and uploading files or images.
· Microphone: For voice search, music identification, or recording features on web pages accessed through the app.

This email service has very clean interface and its fast.I also like the fact that it alerts you when the recipient opens your email (works for most email services).However, it logs you off very often, especially if you open the app when u don’t have strong internet connection.For this reason, I am currently using this as my secondary email and I cannot recommend to anyone to be used as their primary email.However, if the above issue can be fixed, this is probably one of the top email services you can use.

How do you change the language in the options settings? Can you add like a little global icon so when you are in Korean the icon can guide the user to language settings? Want to give you a higher rating pls update. Thank you.

Works wonderfully For people saying they’re upset about the language being only Korean—this was not created to be a fan cafe website. Daum is a Korean internet portal and they’re probably still trying to accommodate the wave of kpop fans trying to sign up and figure things out. The app doesn’t deserve one star reviews just because people don’t speak Korean and want to use a Korean website.

I’ve looked through the app settings and can’t find where you switch the language to English. This app literally says that the two languages it has are English AND Korean, not JUST Korean. This would probably be a good app if you could read it! And people can’t just say to learn Korean, learning another language takes a LONG time, and I highly doubt someone’s gonna leave another language just so they can read stuff on an app that’s supposed to have two languages. Kinda Misleading and very annoying. Hope that changes in the future, but for now ima just go ahead and delete the app.
