App crashes at the authorization number screen .

Have the device through my employer . At the authorization screen the app shuts down every time and forces me to contact my office to get the authorization number for my customer and help would be greatly appreciated . I’ve already deleted and reinstalled the app . Outside of that I’m stumped .

I absolutely love this app. don’t understand how there’s bad reviews? they definitely just have no idea how to use it. I love how basic and self-explanatory it is, and if I ever need help, I just call their tech support line. it’s super easy because they never have a hold time, and they answer any questions I have. I also love how I only have to connect the swiper once, and not each time I use it. highly recommend it! it’s so much more affordable than square

I love how basic and self-explanatory it is, and if I ever need help, I just call their tech support line. it’s super easy because they never have a hold time, and they answer any questions I have. Every time I connect reader to app, I receive an error message and notification that reader has a firmware update; this means for every transaction I have to force close app and restart to be able to run a transaction. Firmware update from within the app crashes the app. Telephone tech support tells me that there’s no issue and it must be user error. Worthless app, worthless processor, if my business succeeds it won’t be due to EPN. I’m small fry so they don’t care, one day that will change and I’m going to enjoy saying no to the sales person who grovels to try and keep my account.

This is the least user friendly credit card app I have ever used. Non-intuitive and has no instructions. No instructions, just back and forth arrows that mean different things depending on what screen you are on. First thing you do is activate an account. It display the activated account and then just sits there until you figure out the next step. No NEXT or SWIPE buttons to tell you what to do next. And if you get a call or have to move the app to the background, it clears all your data. The author of this app should be fired, twice. The weird thing is their online terminal is very well made.
