USING PRINTERS
Printing on Nearby wireless printers
Most of the Wi-Fi printers are detected automatically. PrinterShare can print on such printers directly in case they are supported by the app.
PrinterShare supports thousands of printers. And for printers that are not explicitly supported, the app can suggest a driver that is likely to work.
If your printer is not among the supported ones, you can print as well using the PrinterShare desktop app. As long as your printer is available from a Windows or Mac computer, you can print via the Dekstop app. To use it, download the PrinterShare Console software on that computer from printershare.net.
PrinterShare app installed on your mobile device will find printers shared via the Console automatically. However, please note that your printer should be connected to the same Wi-Fi network to which your mobile device is connected.
Remote printing via the Internet
Also, you can print on printers located anywhere in the world via the Internet. This will require the same Console software installed on the computer at the receiving end, and a PrinterShare Console account registered. Complimentary 100 pages for Remote Printing under the same account.

I have used this app in many iterations over the years. It has made printing to any printer I can access on Wi-Fi easy!
Works great with local wifi printer

I have only used this to print to my hp photosmart plus b209 wifi printer. With this in mind it works great. It detected my network printer as soon as I started the app. It let's me print webpages easily, which is what I wanted app for. I tested it first by downloading the free version which let me print a test page to my hp photosmart. When that worked I bought the full version.
The Only print prg I found that gives you control

I give it three stars only because it needs a few fixes. Took me $20. worth of photo paper and over half of both color and black and white ink cartridges to get to what I wanted. Tricky options. Photo paper select threw me for awhile in that it didn't indicate that it was 2 1/2 X 3 1/2 or whatever. Then the size print select keeps jumping on and off but figured out if you select an unknown paper type the 8X10 etc. option comes back. If you have the wrong combination of options you will be printing 4-5 sheets with a one inch segment of subject on the very edge of each sheet. GrrrrrThese are the things that need to be cleaned up. Once you get it working, it does what it says. For instance say an 8x10 Landscape high res B5 paper. Comes out greatONE MAJOR SUGGESTION......Have an option for away from home printing where you can EMAIL to the printer and not just local Wifi
Easy to use for iPad

I first bought this app for my droid x phone to work with my hp office jet 6500 six months ago. The app installed perfectly and has never given me a problem that I was not able to correct in just a short time. I purchased the app for my iPad and at first it printed only the first two inches of any document. I then contacted the developer who told me to reboot my iPad and it has worked flawlessly! It's a good app with great follow up from the developer. This is not a developer that will leave you out in the cold, they will help you resolve any problem in a short amount of time. My emails were often returned with a helpful instruction often within an hour or two. Its a very user friendly print app. I like it a lot!
