I appreciate the hard work that has gone into this app. I was able to pretty much do everything in the app that has saved me trips to the bank, so it has made my productivity increase substantially. Keep up the great work!
The app fails me 3 times for opening a new account

Very difficult to use to open a new bank account:1. It provides options in the drop down menu which is not accepted by the application status without any notes/ remarks - if I choose option A and then the application would fail, then please do not make option A an available choice2. I cannot find my company industry, which is PR (lol)3. I switched my phone window to look for my company phone number and when I switched back the application was lost and I had to re-start all over again4. It sends SMS notifs about half-done applications but without any links to trace back - even if I entered the same application #, it said the # was invalid3. It took ages to capture my ID... and never succeeded 4. I had to go to an offline branch to do this which makes the online process a complete failure and much of frustration (especially when compared to virtual banks such as ZA)

Feels limiting, doesn’t feel like it serve all needs

Can’t find where to download statement, how to view full account number. FAQ search also felt limiting on items showing up, makes it hard to seek help. The rest of the app is fine and mostly intuitive.

Hi kanp-ner, to view a credit card statement, please tap any card a/c to access the 'Cards' dashboard. Under the card that you want to check, tap 'Statement' and tap 'PDF' at top right.To view a bank eStatement, please sign on to Citibank Online via desktop/laptop computer. Please rest assured, we will continue to improve Citi Mobile App in future.
