They mess up!

I can't believe what they did with this supposed to be update! I lost all my saved newspapers, my favorite articles and even the money I prepaied to buy the newspaper!!!! They double up the price pretty much. Very little attention and respect for long term customer, hopefully I will get some credit back but I doubt it.
Just tell me why

It used to be one of the best, but no longer. Why the cost of the newspaper raised so much? Why does it crash so often? Why increasing the cost for less performance? Bad job guys.
