Nice app; I liked it. The histories of our USN ships was, I feel, done quite well and except for the lack of color in pictues of years long past, what's not to like about the pictures? One problem I saw is that there is a whole class of carriers (many ships) that are missing - the CVE's, also know as the Jeep Carriers that performed so admirably in WWII. I emailed the developer and the response was that the CVE's would "... probably be available within a month" (the second week of May 2012) - I can't wait!

Poor Attention to Detail
BlacklionCTA
This is a fun App, but there are some big errors, e.g. What is a 'probram'? I was blessed with the opportunity to fly from three of these amazing ships. The history of the Kitty Hawk and Lincoln that I experienced is put together very well and vividly. Unfortunately along the way the Saratoga morphs into the Ranger? The Great Americans that served and still serve on these ships are the model of attention to detail, the App they inspire should be equally so.The photos are excellent and the interface well done, but for now I recommend keeping your $2 until the next version hits the street.

nice app, except there is a picture of the USS Forrestal in with the USS Saratoga. In the USS Saratoga category that shows an aerial view of the Saratoga in Cannes, France with the Daniels, that is the USS Kitty Hawk (CV 63). in the email section it would be nice to have the picture as a background instead of an attachment.
Totally rewritten code, which is faster and can use all the modern devices. The history of the modern carriers has been updated through February 2026.
