This seemed a little sketch and doubtful at first, I had a friend refer me but I don’t think she got her reference bonus incentive. I requested my first couple of assignments and I was able to complete them with some minor errors and corrections needed. They are pretty clear and straightforward actually and as long as the time is taken to review the job task before hand it should be a breeze to ensure quality work submitted. I am glad that I added this app and began worki NV with this service. It is an awesome way to get out and explore all various kinds of areas, places, stores/shops. I look forward to continued work with iSecretShop and earning my way to a higher ranking shopper to boost possible growth within my rankings or business level aspect either or would be a grand bonus for me. Thank you and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a way to add some extra income to your household, want to get a feel for what it’s like play an auditor position(secretly), or if you are a people person and really like to make money just by living life how you do and making stops along the way to places you already had intended to stop at and make some money while doing it. Whether house searching, getting gas, seeking customer service, grocery shopping. The areas vary but seem enormous and very well worth the investment. It’s all about progress not perfection and that is exactly what the goal is from my own interpretation as a shopper myself. Helping business owners accommodate us as a customer and help business production, growth, areas of work or what can also be improved that is working great currently. Download and start making money doing your everyday casual activities (pending of course) but majority in some form or another fit our general population which can be helpful by our contributions to these companies and recognized as well as compensated.

It’s pretty fun. $70 to take a ferry, $50 reimbursements for restaurants, $9 just to inquire about 3 phone recommendations, $40 reimbursement for GAMBLING if you lose, free $17 car washes, free city parking, $20 to wonder around a store for 15 minutes, $210 just to open up a savings account at 18 y/o, $15 just to see if they’ll sell cigarettes without carding a kid, $75 to fake like you’re taking out a home loan...and on and on. Those were real shops I’ve seen and/or completed! Love it! You’ll want to either have a PERFECT memory or keep your phone recording audio so you can better write the reviews.The app isn’t perfect but it’s functional. It makes me feel like my phone screen is too small. The actual website is pretty well polished.

Let me preface this by saying I do secret shopping for half a dozen at least companies so I don’t keep track close enough of my income from the individual companies. The most recent group of projects I did for iSecretShop was for hotels and I was supposed to be paid $50 per hotel. I did three of them so that would be $150 last month I did four Lowe’s shops for $15 apiece equaling $60. So there’s $210 right there because I’m a little bit short on cash right now,. I looked to see if the $150 has hit my PayPal account yet. After doing a little digging in my PayPal and bank account ledgers I found that I haven’t been paid by iSecretShop at all in five months. It’s between two and $300 that they owe me. I sent an email the problem and a snippy little thing named Ivan returned the email saying that “yes I HAD been paid for every single project I had completed” with no other explanation at all. NOW I’M JUST PLAIN OLD MAD. I’m not stupid, I can read my bank statement and I know I haven’t been paid. Yes it’s taken me five months to come up with this but now that I have, I would like my money don’t fall for this app. It seems easy and the project themselves are easy, but apparently getting paid paid is not easy.

Do not waste your time here. Jennifer the founder and CTO is rude and unprofessional. I worked for them weekly for 3 months faithfully fulfilling my secret shop obligations. A few weeks ago the app began having issues. After reaching out several times and not getting answers or a resolution to the problem I was connected with Jennifer. Numerous emails were sent back and forth as I continually provided the information being requested. During this exchange she became increasingly argumentative, disresptful and condescending. She then DENIED my most recent (Completed) Costco shop in an effort to assert her authority over me. It wasn’t until I questioned this and requested contact information for someone else to speak with that she backpedaled and accepted it. She then informed me that “I’m Not A Good Fit” for my Costco shop that I’ve done every week for the last 12 weeks. She and her company are unprofessional and dishonest. My suggestion… Don’t waste your time with this one. There are plenty of other opportunities out there.
