There is so much potential with this app. iForms only gets better the more you use it and learn how it works. It has improved our company's communication immensely. The customer service is top-of-the-line. A particular representative has continued working with me, never impatient, always enthusiastic about fixing my problem.I find, however, every update comes with a pesky bug; the next update fixes the bug, but the cycle continues. These bugs cause our apps to crash while we have data yet to be submitted--we have to take the new notes over again.Thankfully they use the cloud. Records submitted are stored forever and on their hardware. This saves our company a lot of computer space, and as the logo implies, a lot of paper!

First thing after download is you see screen to login—-no instructions on how to—no creat a account...you are EXPECTED to have a account with this company...then you go to customer service and sign in for an account...goes through certification and then back to login, and guess what ?? Account not valid !DELETE—-WASTE OF TIME !

This app would get 5 stars. Derated by one star for every hundred times I’m asked to rate the app. Amazing ability to collect data in the field. Decreased workload significantly for our business. Only downsides:-Inability to use prior data to populate fields e.g. Create a monitoring point then reference that point. -Inability to view prior data through the app

I have no programing skill and am new to the Apple OS platformWithin a week of downloading the app u had three functioning forms that is now handling over 90% of my company's billing data acquisition. Even my IT guys have been impressed. The term "that app is quirky" does not apply here. iForm is sound and what little I have interacted with the support team the company appears well grounded. One quote I heard from them, "If it was confusing to you irbid not straightforward enough. That will be fixed!"I feel if I buy a piece of electronics and have to read the manual to worn it it is too complicated. The engineers at iForm have made a very powerful app that is not complicated to build and customize forms.
This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included.
