With the Post-App, you’ll always have our most important services at hand. You can track, manage or frank letters and parcels in just a few clicks, use the pick@home or My Post 24 services with ease and keep an overview of your postal transactions at all times – whether at home, in the office or on the go.
Functions in detail:
• My consignments: Never miss a delivery. You receive information about upcoming consignments via push notifications and can manage deliveries conveniently.
• Code scanner: Scan or manually enter barcodes and QR codes.
• ePost: Handle your mail digitally: receive letters, pay invoices, sign and return contracts, file and retrieve documents. All in one workflow, anytime and anywhere.
• Track Postbuses live: Track timetable data and live positions of all PostBus vehicles in real time
• Location and opening hours: Find branches, letter boxes and other services, including collection times and opening hours.
• pick@home: Have parcels collected conveniently from your home or an address of your choice.
• DigitalStamp: Frank letters and parcels easily and conveniently with your smartphone, anytime and anywhere, and calculate letter size using artificial intelligence.
• My Post 24: Send or collect parcels and registered letters 24/7 at terminals (without a display).
• Collection note: Missed a delivery? Scan QR code, extend collection period or plan second attempted delivery.
• Support chat: Our chatbot and our customer service specialists will support you with your query directly in the app.
• Languages: The app is available in German, French, Italian and English.
• Feedback: Share your opinion and help to develop the app.
I’m an American living/working in Geneva. Swiss Post is excellent. The App makes it even better by being able to track packages and reschedule delivery. There are other functions which I haven’t used yet. It takes some time to set up. You’ll need to set up SwissID if for ID verification if you want full functionality - it’s separate from the Post with its own App. This process is required to be completed for each person wanting to manage their mail using the App. For instance, my wife has her own login to the Swiss Post and SwissID. The App is still worth downloading even if you don’t login - but pretty much limited to tracking packages. You can do this on the web without using the app.
No inbox or support options

Would be nice the inbox for my Swiss post profile account was accessible via the app (not only the website) and if push notifications instead of emails were delivered for new inbox items. Also, there is no way to provide app failures or technical requests via the app (not even the website) - only option is this public approach here i this review. Would be nice if also There was a way to chat or email to support persons rather than only a phone call (as evidenced in the website). Nobody uses the phone anymore and to have that as the only option is frustrating and sooo last century!

Thank you for your feedback. The user account is not currently installed in the app. This is for logistical as well as technical reasons. We weigh up the costs and benefits of integrating all or part of the service into the app. You can use the website for your login – My consignments – to choose whether you want push notifications, SMS or e-mail notifications for consignments. It is important that you allow push notifications within the app – Settings – Notification. You can give feedback via Menu – Menu – Giving feedback in the app, which will also give us some useful information about your device and the versions of the app and OS that are used.
