Save prefix + pause + number + suffix as reusable profiles (office PBX, home VoIP, calling cards…). Add automatic pauses, a manual "wait" step for IVR menus, and per-call caller-ID suppression. Switch the active profile in a tap, override it for a single contact, or dial with no profile at all.
