Have been using this since they started. Signing on the go all of the time and found this easiest to use app. Needed help and the support team was there every step of the way.. Bought the unlimited yearly sigs and have never had it easier. It’s totally worth the money. You can save all kinds of personalized info and with a click it’s automatically filled in without having g to hand type the info. Have signed all kinds of docs. I have tried 3 others and have found that this one works the best.... Yearly is def worth the bucks..

So I’ve used this app for quite some time now and I basically love it. However, there are some issues. First, I cannot add fields if sending a contract or document from my phone via the app. That needs to be fixed ASAP. Second, I don’t like the way you have to put each text box, wish that part was a little easier to move the boxesOnce you click on it. Lastly, every now and then the system won’t work, at all. Usually this happens at odd hours when normal human beings are sleep, but I’m nocturnal and work at night and if I need to sign something or edit a document the site needs to work. I’ve emailed about this and get a B.S. generic response. So now that I’ve got that off my chest, let’s talk about what I love. I love how allMy documents are stored, it sends automatic reminders and I can customize my forms, contracts, etc. I can always have a signature that actually looks like I really signed it instead of /s/ in my signature line. Phone app lacks the same capabilities of the web app in terms of putting fields on documents, which is like kind of the whole point to make it easy for the person receiving to sign it and know what they have to sign and fill out. But other than that, truly amazing. 4 Stars! Better price point than DocuSign but I like DocuSign, also. Honestly. Both are cool but if you want essentially the same thing at a cheaper price, I’d go with SignEasy. It’s really cool and has made my business run more efficiently.

So I’ve used this app for quite some time now and I basically love it. However, there are some issues. This is a super convenient app in all ways. But I was unable to change my registered email when I was unable to use the email account that I signed up with the app with. So I could not sign documents I sent to me because the app was not recognizing the name field, but the email field as the signee. And there was no way to sign the document directly within the app when I used a different email address for myself. I had to go back to using an old email I did not want to use anymore to be able to sign the document.This was important because I find I am unable to sign the document by following the email link. I can only sign within the app. The link opens the document from my email, but once I signed the document the program did not allow me to press the dialog button “finish signing,” located in blue in the upper left corner. I was working on a tablet, and spend an hour attempting to get it to work, trying repeatedly, and allowing load times, checking my internet speed etc.
