I cannot wait to do this for 21 days. I had to wake myself up because I was not ready for bed as I do not know if this would work. I need to practice my visual skills, but this did work. I cannot see who I was when I walked in the door but hopefully within the next 21 days I will see. Thank you so much. Update I’ve been listening to this faithfully for over a month and when you click the wake button it does not wake you up and I have slept four hours past my wake up time, missed many appointments, slept through two different alarms with multiple times. They need to update the wake button Such as give it a time to wake you up because if you’re gonna sleep through two different alarms with multiple different times that’s not good. The app itself does not explain anything like for introduction what is short, long why would someone need a background noise when Eric Browns voice definitely knocks me out. Everything should have a little eye with a circle around it to give you examples. Whoever did this app need to go back to school or they need to seriously update this app. I purchased four different Hypnosis and with all four of them still does not wake me up.

The combined meditation with hypnosis is so effective for me. I love this app! It’s my favorite hands down. The voice and topics are so soothingly effective it is very easy for me to just let go and follow the suggestions. Or lose myself in the imagery. I found myself buying different sessions and eventually decided it would be cheaper to buy all. Wish Id done it earlier or there was a refund. One thing I wish it had was an idea of length of sessions /modules. Approximately? I’m curious, are they all the same? Would help to budget my time. Doesn't matter at night since I listen in my sleep but if I want to listen before work it might. Altogether though its a great app. Only noticed one bump up in volume switching topics. And is this mentioned newsletter a future idea because there is no link or place to sign up.
