Our new App gives Dealer Car Search customers the ability to scan vehicle VIN bar codes to add their acquired vehicles into Dealer Inventory. Dealers can add, edit, and delete vehicle inventory and photos with just a few quick steps. The App also allows Dealers to scan Driver’s Licenses to add Leads and Floor Ups into our Integrated Lead Management System. Finally, the app has Vehicle Evaluator functionality for subscribing Dealers, that gives Dealers important Wholesale and Retail vehicle values, Retail Market Rankings, as well as, Vehicle History Reports.

This app is not IPhone friendly. I have to delete the app almost daily and reload to use it. The pictures work great if you take them thru the app however if you take pictures and upload the app does not give access to all the pictures you took. One must leave the app and try again. This usually takes several attempts. It is inconvenient at best. After 20 years of partnering with Dealercarsearch it is quite disappointing.

Every time I login, I need 2FA. It’s a little ridiculous. Every 5th time I try to use the app, it will not open and I have to delete and re-download it. Now suddenly the in-app camera display is not aligned with the image I capture, so now I have to aim above my target and account for how much of the bottom is actually getting cut off.

App constantly crashes on multiple iPhones with current iOS installed. Will only notify on first text a customer sends, will not on subsequent texts. So if a customer responds to a text, I won’t be able to know without constantly checking the app. I run a single point independent so there’s a lot on my plate as it is. Have brought this issue to tech support a dozen times, always say they’ll look into it, but it’s been over a year and a half and no updates.
