Duplicates and cookbooks not received

I have been in love with AWW Cookbooks since I was a child. I was so excited that they had a digital app.Unfortunately it has been extremely disappointing!I subscribed for over 2 years, so far I have received duplicate copies and I only got 5 cookbooks instead of the 12 that I was supposed to have received for the year(1 per month).I have emailed their support and messaged their social media account but nobody even cares to reply.This is thoroughly disappointing 🙁I have unsubscribed but still not received what I have paid for.

Very disappointed have been following this app since 2011 with one of the recent updates lost all of my purchases has never been resolved. This year only have 3 issues…. Really considering cancelling this
