Second time I subscribed to read about all my fav Cleveland teams. But Every time I try to read a subscriber story, I have to sign in and even then it won’t let me read the article and keeps taking me back to the sign in page. This is the second time this has happened, same issues. So, for the second time, I’ll cancel my subscription. This app blows.

This isn’t about the content but about the app itself.You click to open the app and you have to sit there staring at nothing until it finally loads. You click on a category in the menu and nothing happens. Thinking it didn’t register the click, you do it again and find yourself in a story. That’s because it did register the click, it was just really slow to load, and you’ve inadvertently clicked on a story. So you have to back out and do it again.
Can no longer just view all sports articles

For some reason in the new update I can no longer just choose Sports to see all sports articles. I have to choose each subcategory individually.

Very good local coverage and content. From a technical standpoint, you could improve the app and site by adding scalable font sizes. Some, not all, of the articles are written in a font that is difficult to read on a mobile device and you can’t change the font size nor can you zoom in to read it. That change would really improve the reading experience
