Reasonable prices - but try to get support

As far as I can see the app is Chinese only. Prices are generally better than what is offered by biggest online competitor (for international travelers at least), but try to contact this company if there is any issue with a ticket or reservation! You can mess around in the application for hours and find chat function which apparently operated by the dumbest AI ever invented. It is possible, sometimes, to get a real and very rude person on a hidden away chat function. But they just hang up on the customer who dares to complain. What is wrong with customers a phone number that connects to a person. And as far as automated support is concerned, try to enter the long ultra long invoice numbers on your mobile keyboard while dialed into their recordings! Before I can even begin, I am cut off. While the Chinese service industry is generally frustrating, when you are in an airport and cannot get help, it is maddening. Airlines in China direct you to ticket seller regarding any problem, and this seller does not like to be bothered. So when your flight is cancelled or delayed, or there is no information, be prepared to get very frustrated and angry. I have to say that this company sets new standards in being unreachable through their app, or otherwise.

Pay more than necessary and the app is not user friendly

I booked a hotel using this app recently and found that I paid higher price than what is shown in the hotel when I checked in. That’s fine, a few bucks more, I can live with that. More importantly the hotel looks absolutely not like the photos they showed on the app. The room is dim and cold. No hot water supply and no heat at all in a winter night. My mom and I slept in thick jackets and sweaters. The app didn’t allow me to post the reviews about this hotel. I won’t use this app ever again after this trip.

The interactive experience was terrible, with designers only pursuing minimalist styles. Visual content delivery was poor, making it easy for users to misidentify. They were particularly tired from looking at ordering information. Finally, one day, I lost money by mistake. Do you know why companies like Apple pursue minimalism? Don't you think it's right to follow along and learn? It's just a worship of authority; the product has deteriorated due to your blindness, which is terrible. Learn what human-computer interaction means—not adapting users to your so-called style, but making them feel user-friendly. Don't you designers have brains? Of course, it's also possible that your boss isn't smart enough.

The price there offer is good. But when it comes to any problem(reservation date, deposit doesn’t refund, etc.), there customer service does not try to solve any of your problems at all. All they do is lying and trying to throw off there responsibility. Imagine the customer service telling you that you never paid the deposit until you show them the record! That is exactly what they do and that is exactly why they can offer low price. You will likely pay much higher price and waste lots of time for the bucks you saved if you book anything on there platform.
