Know what your roof can really produce before you spend a cent. Get the best panel tilt, system size, battery and payback from real local sun data.
Thinking about going solar, or trying to get more out of the panels you already have? PV Master turns confusing solar numbers into clear decisions, so you spend less on power and waste less of the sun.
Using just your location, PV Master shows you what your roof can really do, when to rely on your own panels, and when to lean on the grid. Whether you are planning your first system or fine tuning an existing one, you get answers you can act on.
What PV Master helps you do:
Plan with real numbers, not guesses. Get accurate, location based solar data plus a live grid forecast, so you know the best times to use your own power and when cheaper grid power makes sense.
Position your panels for maximum output. The built in compass and tilt tool helps you find the angle that captures the most sun all year long.
Size your system with confidence. Simple calculators work out how much energy you need, how many panels and batteries it takes, and what it will cost, so you can weigh the ROI before you spend a cent.
Get more from every sunny day. Local weather is built in, so you can see how conditions affect production and plan around them.
Learn as you go. Clear guides, FAQs, and a plain language glossary explain every solar and photovoltaic term, so nothing holds you back.
It all lives in one friendly app, from first idea to finished install, with information that is genuinely easy to read.
Download PV Master today and start making smarter, greener energy decisions.

This is a great app. My only beef would be not having the temperatures in Fairenheight or the wind speeds in MPH. Other then that, I see this being very useful in my everyday PV site work.
Just say you have to pay to use

Monthly or yearly payment to truly use. Wish these apps would say that before I waste my time downloading them. Can’t review the app says you have to pay to use it. Plenty of free calculators online I will use.
Developer Response
Thank you for the feedback, and we are sorry you felt your time was wasted. You are right that what costs money should be obvious before the download, not after it, and that is on us to communicate better rather than on you to discover. We appreciate you taking the time to say it plainly.

It has been an hour now and the app is still trying to connect to the remote database. I'm starting to wonder if there really is a data base. There does not seem to be a way to contact the developer in any way. Will try to get in touch with Apple to see if I can get a refund for this app. Shame, I really wanted it to work.
App freezes

App can't locate database. Also the screen goes blank and can't enter coordinates manually. Would like to see FAQ to answer how to resolve these issues. I really want this app to work.
