This update lost every mortgage I had from the earlier app. I am quite disappointed, and very untrusting of anything in this app now. No praise, especially for the person in charge of the decision to deploy this. Very unsatisfactory.

Great app that does everything you need. I love the extra payment option and the amortization schedule. Emailing everything is a nice touch too. Lastly, and most important, it works. I had my mortgage guy run numbers on a house I'm biding on and I compared them to the app and they were less than $1 off. That being said, I did have to know how to calculate MI properly (doing a FHA) and combine it with the home owners insurance estimate since there is only one field. Also, I had to calculate my down payment rather than just entering a percentage. I'd love to see those changes in an update. Here's the thing though, it's free and it works well with a great interface, so 5 stars all the way!
