App design is very confusing because it has too many advertisements and I can't even find where is the function that I need. App performance is sluggish, especially in the US.The app needs a lot of overhaul. I keep wondering how can a bank design an app like this, which is just not professional.

It requires scan face to complete login action while I’m attempting login on my new phone. Advertisements are taking more space, while coupons offered in this app becomes less attractive to me.
