Flash Reader is back, and better than ever. It first came to the App Store in 2010. Sixteen years later we rebuilt it from scratch, and everyone who has it gets 4.0 free, with their library and their place right where they left them. Bought Pro back in the day? It is still yours. • Paste it, share it, open a PDF, EPUB or Word file, or point the camera at a page, and you're reading. • Three ways to read: Flash, Chunk and Reader. Tap to pause, and Play picks the sentence back up. • Speed with receipts: the ruler shows the zone you are in, and Stats keep your real speed and your streak. • Back in one tap: Continue Reading and Streak widgets, Flash clipboard and Resume reading in Control Center, and Siri. • iPad, with the library beside the words. Designed for iPhone Duo. • 50 languages, and everything happens on your device. More formats and modes are coming as free updates.

- Fixes crashing on iOS 7

This update contains various compatibility fixes for iOS 9 and fixes several rare crashes. This update also fixes issues with the in-app conversation system, as we have been previously unable to respond to your requests.

- Free version can now open files less than 1 MB in size, as well as 1 website per day - Upgrade prompt is now less intrusive and the close button (X) is a lot more visible - Various performance and stability improvements

- Added a camera feature, so you can now import articles using your camera - Added the iOS 8 extension back to the app - Fixed several issues

This version includes multiple performance tweaks, as well as an entirely new document conversion system. As the new conversion system uses a lot more resources, converting certain documents now requires the Pro upgrade, which only needs to be purchased once, and unlocks all the features of the app. Saving websites and using 3rd party services (Instapaper, Pocket etc. except for Dropbox) also require the Pro upgrade. The following features have been retired due to very low usage: - FlashMail, our custom email service - OCR (scanned) PDF support - iOS 8 extension support (this will be added back later) These features will no longer be available, and will be removed from previous versions of Flash Reader in the coming days/weeks.

- Fixed major issues with the Pro upgrade - Massively decreases the aggressiveness of the upgrade popup

If you previously purchased an upgrade, please go to Services -> Restore Purchases to get upgraded to Flash Reader Pro. - Due to popular demand, advertisements have been removed

If you previously purchased an upgrade, please go to Services -> Restore Purchases to get upgraded to Flash Reader Pro. FIXED: - Ads are now hidden when reading - Push Notifications are only asked to be enabled when you open support (NOTE: they're needed for support messages from us) - Fixed several crashes ADDED: - Initial localization support (mainly finnish, parts of other languages included)

This update replaces all previous upgrades with a single, one-time upgrade, that unlocks all the features of the app. Previously purchased upgrades will still work, and they can be restored, but can not be purchased again. Fixed: - Bookmarking/resume functionality fixes - Fixed iTunes importing (you need to remove previous iTunes documents before it will work, though) Coming Up: There most likely won't be many updates for 3.x anymore, as we're getting closer and closer to finishing the new Flash Reader 4, and let me tell you, you're going to be blown away by it!
