I’ve used this software for a long time. I’m a middle school art teacher and need to remind students (any myself) when clean up time is. And worse is that Friday’s schedule is different and doesn’t match the bell. In short Alarm Clock Pro is perfect.My one issue is that the current Koingo version has a slightly different format to indicate which days you want to have a given alarm activated. Activated days by default are blue. To deselect them you click and they turn black. Sort of. The letters are so small and the change is so slight that it is very difficult for me at least to see. When I contacted tech support about this all I got was a shrug saying that it was just the way the OS worked. Lame. Lame. Lame. I know enough about programming to know that there is always a work around and to shrug off a suggestion is laziness.Update: the program has grown more buggy over time. It randomly changes alarm times. Useless.

I’ve been using earlier versions of Alarm Clock Pro by Koingo for years and was glad to find it again when I finally had to get a new I-Mac. It’s great to be able to set my own CUSTOM alarm and heard my Mac speak phrases I wrote. Whether it’s bedtime - or time to prep to leave for work - getting to hear my own motivational phrases being spoken to me in one of the available voices makes the alarm much more fun ! If I wanted, I could set timers or alarms to play music. Having these various options is what makes Koingo’s Alarm Clock Pro so great !

No sound

Just purchased this and have been trying to set up test timer to see how it works. There's no sound, no indication of an alert. App is open, I watch the countdown, making sure it's "on" and when it gets to zero...nothing. No alert. Timer just goes off. Tried the alarm feature, it gets to the set time and...nothing. Pretty disappointed. Using a 2018 Macbook Pro with latest OS.
