Love everything about First Direct ….. the service, the security (although frustrating when I forget my password but rather be safe than sorry!), and the ease of how easy the app is. From everyday banking to transferring money to different countries or paying bills. I could not think of a way to make it better …. Keep up the good work….and thank you!
Security steps could not be more annoying

On line banking with First Direct used to be a pleasure. With their new security measures, I now have to memorise multiple passwords that all have different monikers, none of which I can keep straight, and the site has lost all intuitiveness. Absolutely horrendous “upgrade “.
