I have been using this app for 2 years now and I can't study without it. As a college student with severe ADHD, I have found it very difficult to be able to concentrate on massive amounts of homework if I hear any outside noises or distractions. This app allows me to blast a sound through my headphones and comfortably block everything out to be able to concentrate. My favorite feature that I have not found other apps usually make available, is the ability to exit out of the app and do other things on your phone while still being able to hear the sounds. I have tried MULTIPLE noise maker/ white noise apps and this is the best one by far!! For the longest time I only used the free sounds but I recently decided to purchase the nature sounds and it was worth the 99 cents! I can still hear soothing nature sounds, but the white noise behind them still allows me to block other distractions out! This is simple and easy to use. I look forward to more updates in the future.

Let me say that I’ve looked at half a dozen apps and this one is simply the bestBackground - runs even when you leave the program and it runs in the backgroundTimer - great new feature and is useful so you don’t overuse it at night and wake your partner who might not like it as much running all nightEasy of Use - even if another program takes over sound and you leave it, you can go back into the program and click on the sound you were listening to twice to run it againWhat more do you need?! Have been using this app for more than two years and haven’t found one better. I’ve stopped looking because why bother when this one is so great?

Other than the usual reasons, this app keeps my Dogs from hearing little nocturnal critters outside, so don't bark :) which is part of why I have a hard time sleeping. In the morning, my clear brain and sleep app are in agreement that my sleep has improved greatly in only two days. Also in agreement with "Banana monkey apple," this is an excellent study tool, and is not as invasive as music can be when an ADHD/Aspie needs to not only focus, but to simply sit still to complete the tasks they have started. Thank you, Skunk Brothers, because in an inexpensive app of good quality, you are helping others improve their lives in ways you will never even know: ARAOK (anonymous random acts of kindness).

I have cancer and have been in the hospital for weeks at a time. This white noise app has allowed me to sleep thru the night by blocking all the noise from the halls and other patients, even when they do their hourly rounding. I woke once to a mob in the room looking for the leak!!! I also use this app on my nightstand at home as I am a light sleeper and all of the little house noises are blocked out. This app in my book should be in the top 10 of all apps. Every nurse that has treated me thru the night have asked me for the app details so they could get it also. Keep up the GREAT WORK!!!!
