Overall, it’s good for what I want

This app is super simple to use. Just enter your debt, interest rate, min payment, due date, credit limit (or original balance) and current balance. It then tells you how much total debt you have and how soon you can pay it off using the calculated plan you choose (snowball or not, highest interest, lowest balance, custom, etc). It really opened my eyes to my debt situation and gave me a clear plan...for that it deserves 5 stars.There are a couple of issues that are mentioned in previous reviews. When you make a payment, it doesn’t credit it in the payment schedule. For example, I owed MasterCard $200 and Visa $400. Making an August payment of $200 to MasterCard and $25 to Visa, means that my September payment should be $225 to Visa. Instead it now wants me to make another August payment of $225 to the Visa. I would think that this would be an easy fix for the app designers.Knowing that the app does this, means that I am just looking at due dates and applying the snowball payment to the correct debt, while paying minimum payments to everything else.

I’ve been using this app for several years now and it’s amazing. The interface is changed and the developers are in the process of fixing some bugs. Initially I came on here and gave a bad review because I was unhappy with the changes. But I decided to email them and give feedback. The developers were very quick to respond, have already fixed several things I complained about, and they are in the process of fixing a few bugs. I appreciated their helpfulness, not many app developers respond to me when I complain haha. So if you were a user and became unhappy, they are working on the changes and you can email them for questions and feedback!!!
Very happy again! Bugs being worked out with the new interface!

The developers were very quick to respond, have already fixed several things I complained about, and they are in the process of fixing a few bugs. I appreciated their helpfulness, not many app developers respond to me when I complain haha. So if you were a user and became unhappy, they are working on the changes and you can email them for questions and feedback!!!

I have used this app for many years and loved it. The calculators helped me plan and be strategic in paying off loans and save money. The app was updated without any warning and the new format deleted all of my saved calculators and important information. The new format does not appear to be as user friendly and I’m being advised there is no way to recover the lost information I had previously saved in the saved calculators. I guess all good things eventually come to an end and that seems to be the case with this app unfortunately. I regret not saving the information I was using in another format but this has taught me a very valuable lesson. I just wish that the developer(s), would have given some advance warning that information would be lost forever with this update so we could have prepared and saved/preserved the valuable information before losing it forever. I ranked the original app a 5 but the new design and loss of saved information is making me look for another app moving forward. Thanks for teaching me a very valuable lesson by learning the hard way:(

We sincerely apologize for the data loss during the update. Latest version 6.2.4 contains the fix for this issue . To recover your app date navigate to Settings -> Data Recovery -> "Recover My Data".

This app will give you a visual of which debts have higher APRs easily and sort them to the top so you can pay extra on them first. Then it will roll a paid off loan payment to the next higher APR debt so you can snowball your payments to save you $$ in finance charges. You just have to follow the payment schedule and it will give you the date they will be paid off. You have to revise the APRs in the app manually if they change.I had updated to the 6.2 version and lost my old info but worked with the developer testing their revisions and got my data back. If you’re experiencing this, DON’T delete the app. Another revision should be on the way.
