I enjoy doing crossword puzzles and this app makes doing crossword puzzles on my Mac a breeze. It syncs with the iPhone app and the addition of Retina support in the version is a plus. A great and welcomed update.

I've been using this app to work my favorite puzzles in Newsweek and others. It has worked flawlessly. A recent update caused a bit of a problem, but the App still worked okay. Within a few days of reporting the glitch, the support team had it completely fixed. That's fast! Thank you for a nice app that doesn't make a bunch of noise or flash ads all over my monitor. I love it and highly recommend it.

I have used this product both on my iPhone and my mac for years and years. I have enjoyed it immensely. A few days ago, the synching stopped working and yesterday the mac version stopped downloading any puzzles at all. I have written for support but not received any answers at all. Are they still in business?
