The app is easy to navigate and placing an order. They accept foreign-issued cards, but they asked me to provide a copy of my photo ID. On the day of the delivery, I got a message saying that most of the staple foods I ordered weren’t available. Considering the delivery fee was 45 ILS for only a few items, I canceled the order. A refund is supposed to be issued within four days. Let’s see about that…
Usability is the last thing they had in mind

Terribly designed app with poor navigation, no visual guidance and crappy search and product discovery capabilities. You can only find things if you know exactly how to spell them in Hebrew because the categories make no sense either. Shamefully crappy experience that’s offered only in Hebrew and not English as advertised.I just tried the Rami Levy app and it was a much better experience. I’ll be using them from now on.

Good idea but they clearly aren’t using the data they collect. I’m nearly 50 childless and they keep on filling up my personal coupons with baby products (which naturally, I don’t use). At this point, I check the app bu it’s kind of a waste of time.
