Some stories stay with you long after you finish reading them.
Islamic Stories for Muslims brings you 200+ short stories drawn from the Islamic storytelling tradition — gentle, uplifting accounts told to teach patience, honesty, gratitude, and trust in Allah. Each one takes only a few minutes to read, and ends with a lesson you can carry into your day.
Read one for yourself in the morning, reflect on one before you sleep, or read one aloud with the family at bedtime — these are stories for everyone.
ABOUT THESE STORIES
Keeping in mind the teachings of Islam and the values the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) taught, we selected these stories and share them for reflection and moral benefit. They come from a wide and much-loved storytelling tradition, and we do not present them as verified narrations. This is not a collection of the Prophets' stories, nor of the lives of the Companions — these are short moral stories, nothing more. For matters of ruling or creed, always return to the Quran, authenticated hadith, and qualified Muslim scholars.
