Just give them time to work out the tweaks it's not done overnight and apple approvals are sure part of the reason I've used this app from the beginning and my company likes it. the updates are meant to enhance its usability but it can't be fixed with out foreseen errors I've tried the almost complete product and you'll like it I'm not getting paid for this I work for a contractor in alaska and know your frustrations with crashes but they'll be gone soon

This app is absolutely essential to my company. We started out using it for one inspector. Now we have purchased iPhones for all field representatives. Don't know what we would do without it. Joseph and his staff have made great improvements to it in the last month. Thanks Onsite.

Very frustrating to use!!! I spend more time trying to get it to work that it's just not worth it anymore. You would think that with every new update that the bugs would be fixed. Not only are the old bugs not fixed, new ones appear!! Not sure why the developer is having such a hard time getting this to work but until it is fixed, don't waste your time with it!!
