Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

New small and medium widgets show lunar dates, sexagenary cycles, daily dos and don’ts, and auspicious days on your Home and Lock Screens, with auto light/dark mode. “Chinese Calendar” is a traditional Chinese almanac that brings lunar dates, sexagenary cycles, the 24 solar terms, daily dos and don’ts, and traditional festivals together in one clean monthly calendar. The entire interface and calendar engine have been rebuilt with the latest SwiftUI framework. • Opens instantly, switches between months with no lag, and uses native system animations • Every date in the calendar engine is cross-checked against established classical algorithms FEATURES • Lunar Dates & Leap Months: The month name is automatically displayed on the first day of every lunar month, with leap months clearly identified. • Auspicious Date Finder: Find favorable dates—and avoid unfavorable ones—for 47 types of activities, including weddings, business openings, moving, and travel. Auspicious and inauspicious hours, zodiac clashes, and unfavorable directions are all shown at a glance. • Year, Month & Day Sexagenary Cycles: Calculated strictly according to traditional rules—the year pillar changes at the Start of Spring, while the month pillar changes at each solar-term transition. • 24 Solar Terms: Major solar terms such as Qingming, Grain in Ear, the Summer Solstice, and the Winter Solstice are prominently highlighted in red. • Daily Dos and Don’ts: The Twelve Day Officers—Establish, Remove, Full, Balance, Stable, Hold, Break, Danger, Success, Receive, Open, and Close—provide recommended and discouraged activities for every day. • Inauspicious-Day Alerts: Know in advance when major events should be avoided, including Year Breaker, Month Breaker, Shangshuo, and the Thirteen Taboo Days of Yang Gong. • Complete Festival Calendar: Includes Lunar New Year’s Eve, Spring Festival, Lantern Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, Qixi Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, Double Ninth Festival, and Laba Festival, as well as Gregorian holidays such as New Year’s Day and National Day, plus Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and Thanksgiving. • Effortless Navigation: Swipe left or right to change months, double-tap to return to today, or jump directly to any date. • Home Screen Widgets: See the lunar date, daily dos and don’ts, and the year and day sexagenary cycles at a glance. • Lock Screen Widgets: Check the day’s lunar date and daily guidance without unlocking your device.
