This is a great tool as an introduction and a review tool. I will be reviewing this over and over again.My only criticism is that I wish they had a more in-depth menu. If it is was possible to jump straight to a particular technique that would be fantastic. EXCELENT work I’ll be looking for follow-ups to this download.

The person giving it a one star rating probably isn't a martial artist. If you have even a passing interest Jiu Jitsu, Judo, or Aikido, you'll find plenty to enjoy. There are 15 chapters worth of great content. Highly recommended.
