I have started to use this app only couple weeks ago. I love it so much. But lately I have a big issue. After I type a word, it will show the first screen , then freeze. There is no way I can move the screen or use the sound of pronunciation. There is the circle on the bottom of the ribbon (Youdao) keep turning like retrieving messages. My husband has the same app, but his is fine. He said his dictionary he might pay for it. I like to pay for the service. Please tell me how to solve this problem. Thank you

Thank you for the updates! I love how the app activates the pronunciation of the word or phrase automatically when it is entered, but the part I don't like so much is this sound effect does not turn on every time when I am using the app. So I have to restart it every time when I am experiencing this problem. I hope the developer can fix this bug one day.

Thank you for an excellent app. Already had it for a few years. Haven’t had any problems yet. Even though my native tongue is Chinese, I have difficulty expressing Chinese words to my relatives. So far, every time I used it gives accurate explanation.
