This app is great: pieces "click" together in a satisfying way, there are lots of wonderful customization and options available (you can sort so that edges are easy to find - just use "arrange at edge" or "arrange in grid", there are trays you can use for sorting or making room, you can change the background texture and color and the kinds of shapes of pieces and the percentage of "fun" shapes there are...so many options!), and I love that you can organize your puzzles in folders (I've got mine organized by number of pieces). I'm using this on my laptop and it works great; really nice for chilling while listening to something. I have downloaded all the free puzzles from the website - there are actually lots more available if you're willing to put in a little effort - and once I've worked through them I will absolutely purchase some puzzle packs!

Thanks to David P. Gray for the time spent creating a great puzzle app! Be sure to read the TIPS and OPTIONS. It will answer questions referred to in other reviews. I like to re-do the puzzles. TIPS: in the main screen, right click the photo with the check mark; options are Resume, Start Over or Delete. Start over removes the check mark and you can begin again! The CHOOSE button, main screen, gives number of pieces, size, style and if you want fun pieces or not. The little V in the bottom corner below Choose is a description of the object/place in the puzzle. Interesting to know that. The size and shape options are fun as well as helpful. My eyesight is diminishing but I can still get the pieces big enough to easily see. The fact that the pieces snap together quickly and completely is a big plus. This has become my favorite jigsaw puzzle app!

This is my second review for a second time around. I purchased this at the end of 2025 and have many, many hours of enjoyment in the last five months. Then my MacBook Pro died and I replaced it with the MacBook Air with the M5 chip. Apple told me to download Rosetta to reinstall Jigsaws Galore. I contacted David Gray, who again responded within a few hours, telling me I could use Rosetta as Apple instructed, but he encouraged me to download the newer version that will work on the M5 silicon chip. He gave me step-by-step instructions and in a matter of minutes I was back puzzling on my new laptop. My only concern is that this man is so generous with his app and his time that he won’t stay in business. So, if you want a great way to relax and use your brain, go get Jigsaws Galore!

I love love love this game. I've probably spent 800 hours playing with the puzzles. I'm addicted. I don't know if I'm the best person to ask because it is not possible for me to give a neutral answer. I've enjoyed this since I first bought it!I have bought more and more puzzles so I don't get bored, but I don't know how that would be possible because I can play them over and over again. Anyway I probably have 90 puzzles and they are all fun. I particularly love the animal and action puzzles but that is just my personal preference. I'm sure everyone has their own preference. The flowers are incredible too!If you like puzzles you have got to try this out.
