・You can move ruler by tap and drag.
・You can switch picture and camera by tapping camera button at top right of screen.
・Default background is picture.
・You can select background picture from album on your device.
・You can change color of Ruler and Protractor.
This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included.
