I was happy to find an iPad prize wheel app, and it'll integrate nicely into my remote events, but there was a SIGNIFICANT lack of payoff when it came to upgrading to the Premium edition ($9.99 in app purchase, on top of initial $4.99 price tag). For twice the price of the app itself, I expected more than minor additional color customization, a few more prize spaces, and logo inclusion. Yes, you also receive the Data Capture feature, but that, as the sole reason most people will upgrade, is not worth $10. On a design side, I really wished the spinning of the wheel matched the spin action initiated by the user. It spins at the same speed regardless of whether you give it a Showcase Showdown spin, or if you sneeze in it's general direction. That, and I wish the prize message was customizable beyond just the prize name itself. Stating "You Won a Free ..." does not work well with upgrades regarding customer referral credit. It also hurts the presence of plurals "You Won a Free ... Golf Clubs" (limit of 10 characters per prize wheel panel is very constrictive). Overall, I think this app would have received a more positive review if: a) The upgrade price was, at most, $2.99, and b) if additional textual customization was put in place to correct a number of constrictive assumptions made by the designers.

The app has many settings and is a great idea but barely works. I upgraded to premium to control spin time. It doesn't work. It takes between 7 seconds and 15 seconds while set on 3 seconds. We ran an event with 32 choices and half of the choices never landed after 60 spins. Many of the same ones hit over and over and over. This app is barely worth $.99. The upgrade is barely worth $.50. That's $20 I'll never get back.

Attempted to resolve the issues described and could not duplicate. Customer cut off communication quickly and seemed more determined to get refund than troubleshoot. No other reports of this issue with other users.
