The developer informed me that this program has been re-written from the ground up. So, after complaining about the original, I should try it again before submitting another review. The three stars simply mean that I have not had the time to test it out.

I have a lot of old Mac Quickdraw format images (PICTS) that I need to convert. Description says it will handle those but it does not. Still searching for a solution.

I purchased this app to convert Windows .bmp files to Mac .jpg files. Every file that I dragged to this app returned exactly the same error message: "File Reading Error. The file you dropped (PATH) can't be used with this application." Please fix this problem, or make it explicitly clear in your product description which file formats are compatible with your app.

converted PCT file quick and easy

this program quickly and easily converted a .PCT image file i exported as a screen grab from a quicktime 7 video. it saves me the trouble of having to do it from premiere pro, so for me, at only $2.99, it's worth it. i plan to be exporting a fair number of screen grabs in this weird format, and photoshop elements 6 wouldn't open it--even though some internet posters said it does. it doesn't for me.
