I use this everyday to size my trunklines for correct throw distance and reducer sizes. Same old ductulator I learned from in the late 90s very handy.

I use design software when installing a new system or completely replacing an existing system for accurately determining heat gain/loss and duct design and sizing. But there are plenty of jobs where I'm doing a simple change out and I just want to verify what is currently installed and get an estimate on airflow. This tool replaces the paper tool I used to use and is accurate to within 5% when I check it against my $1500 software tool. Would I use it place? Nope. But are there situations where it makes more sense than me spending two hours laying out a system with my laptop? Absolutely. Well worth the $7.99 I paid for it.
This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included.
