App load times not very goodFriday-Sunday no description of purchasesThey don’t know much about zelle I have a problem as I changed my number and the app wants to text my old number to verify, called for help which you can never get the same day or on weekends and got an it’s new I’ll call you back with an answer that I never got. I’m still waiting by the way!The answering service is useless they can’t help you with a lot of issues.I only continue to endure them because I’m too lazy to go somewhere else and set up a new account. But that day is surely coming! The only benefit I see is if you need your mo eu faster, you usually get your check deposited Wednesday evenings. Save yourself a headache bank somewhere else.

HEBFU is probably one of the worst banks ive ever used. Their answer to every problem is freezing your account. I will be changing banks from them. This app is supposed to be helpful and it just caused them to freeze my account on a friday night saying they wont have a representative to unfreeze my account til monday morning. I work at a job 8-5:30 where i cannot use my phone and they are very strict. All of this is absolutely crap. All because of heb’s crap policies. Do not bank with heb and do not use this app. This app froze my account for no reason and the bank is prolonging it. My hard earned money isn’t accessible and idk when I’ll be able to access it again.
