I have been using it for years and the program is great. I had issues, but I contacted them and they were able to help me but now it won’t let me update my other review. I do appreciate you guys help I wish I could delete that one.

Continued Buffering

I have been using this app for well over 6 years and recommend it to my staff. With the recent update I have not been able to get it to work. When opening the app — it just keeps buffering. Ive deleted and redownloaded the app, but nothing. I’ve had to resort back to looking up each med in the Hale’s book or calling Infant Risk for support. If this could be fixed it would be 5 stars. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I’ve been using this app for years. Recently when I open the app, it goes to a blank white screen after about 3-4 seconds. I’ve updated the app, updated my phone, un/reinstalled the app… still happening. I already filled out the support form and am waiting to hear back.
