I am away from home and have no Internet access even though I have a MEO bundle. Customer service never answered the phone and the automated AI system pushes me to purchase more - spend more money for a non functioning platform

The only update I want to see is an option to navigate in English. (Lots of English speakers using MEO in Portugal). Every decent app here has this option. Obrigada.
