They debited my account twice on each top-up!

Each time I topped up my phone they debited my account twice ! There always is some kind of "error" in the app and it says the payment didn't go through when it actually did! One time can be a mistake when it happens repeatedly it feels like a scam! Very tedious to contact the customer service as they only speak Spanish, so it took two phone calls of more than half an hour to resolve the situation. This is completely unacceptable and since it seems to be an ongoing problem judging from other reviews I will probably have to change operator. They also didn't reimburse the money when I contacted them about the mistake but said the credit will be used the following month.

It works OK most of the time. Again, for the second time, the App stopped working on both of my iPhones. One is an iPhone 11 and the other one is an iPhone 16. When trying to use the app it is closed automatically right after opening it. Very annoying.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOILD. Do NOT use this service. Every time I try to recharge my balance they do so incorrectly and I need to overpay. When I go back to try and pay again they say my card details are incorrect. The app crashes constantly. Customer service is horrible and you will not get a response for hours if you even manage to get past the help chat bot. I have wasted so much time and money with this horrible app.
