Scammers!Deceptive advertising and charges

Absolutely disgusting experience. This service uses blatantly deceptive advertising. Their promo clearly states "Up to 1 year of subscription for free" in huge letters, but when you activate it, they secretly give you only 45 days. The 45-day condition is hidden in tiny fine print at the very bottom.To make matters worse, they automatically enabled auto-renewal without my explicit consent and charged me 399 rubles. When I contacted support, they just blamed me for not reading the fine print and refused to refund my money. They literally told me "you should have disabled auto-renewal" even though their ad promised a full year.This is a classic bait-and-switch scam. They lure you in with "1 year free", give you 45 days, and then silently charge your card. Support is unhelpful and just copies standard scripts. Avoid this service at all costs unless you want to lose your money and your nerves. I will be filing a complaint with consumer protection authorities.

Good app, some issues

Works well overall. Except that when I try to download movies to watch offline, the app shows me I only have 8gb available on my iPad when I have $35+ gigs of free space. Another issue, when I open the app to watch my downloaded movies offline, the app logs out. I need to wait for an internet connection to login and be able to watch downloaded movies. Unfortunately, NYC subway doesn’t have internet connection everywhere. So annoying Please fix these issues. Thanks

It glitches and freezes every 5 minutes!!! No one Device at my home my internet is 700mb per sec IVi server is very weak and slow! I have tried a lot of times and restart and refresh and tv and app and it’s not working! Ivi First before taking money from people pay for better streaming so it won’t glitch and freeze it makes discomfort watching and inconvenient I have told and my friends last year and you guys don’t do nothing because it’s not improving! I no longer want to pay until I will know it won’t freeze in USA
